Throughout this time we have found Steve to be always friendly, always willing to help and always delivering high quality workmanship to each and every task he does. I consider SJC to be a vital and essential provider at our retail centres. Thank you and hope for many more years working together.

CBRE – Facilities Manager

Renovating our first bathroom was going to be exciting. We sourced all the tiles and fittings ourselves & all we had to do was book a tradesperson for respective tasks. We were fast learning that each trade interprets a task from their own perspective (not for the next guy) & jobs weren’t aligning well in to the next trade, resulting in losing time & money. So halfway through the renovation, when we engaged SJC and Deans help to put the rest of the puzzle together and I’m so thankful we did. Everything else just fell in to place once Dean came on board. He knew how to relay our vision on to each trade, so that is seamlessly aligned with the next & he presented options to us that we didn’t even know existed, which added value to our bathroom. It was a lesson learnt with an excellent outcome and will definitely look to engage SJC at the beginning of our next renovation.

Renae – Bathroom Renovation

We had been planning to renovate the bathroom of our investment property for many years and were so glad that we used the turn key services of SJC Building Group to get the outcome we wanted whilst living interstate. From their assistance of determining a budget and finding savings, to selecting appropriate, quality products and executing the job to a high standard of finish, it was a relief to find people we could trust from day one to deliver an amazing result. We were also extremely impressed with them keeping us updated on how the project was tracking and how quickly they were able to complete the job, as sticking to the agreed timeframe was critical for us given we had tenants vacate.
